Colour in Web Design – Blue
After looking, last week, at some wonderful examples of how orange has been utilised in Web Design, this week we’re looking at its complementary colour, blue.
Blue is a calming and relaxing colour and is a very popular choice with Web Designers. Mixing different shades of blue can create very desirable effects and are often used in corporate website designs. This colour however has no end of uses and can be utilised to create a number of looks, from cold and rejected, to professional yet inviting.
